Public Restaurant Brisbane

We designed and developed this sleek, fully-responsive site for a high-end, award-winning restaurant in Brisbane’s CBD. It features a single page vertical scrolling layout and integrates a high def HTML5 video loop ( shot by us ) and fixed background techniques to give a dynamic user experience. The unique anchored side menu automatically updates as you scroll while several other clever little elements mixed with illustrious design and flawless coding make this a web environment to behold.

Our new website is seriously sexy…

Grace Loves Lace

We recently launched a fully redesigned version of this very successful e-commerce site. With a mobile browsing overtaking desktop this year the site had to be retina ready and responsive, and we took a lot of care developing a unique gallery system that works great on small touch devices and large desktop screens.

We really appreciate all the work you have done over the past 3 years and you’ve seen us go from nothing to quite a large team now. You do great work and have recommended you to so many friends for their sites over the years.

Utilising the integrated micro blog and frequent social networking updates has helped this business THRIVE. So far visits and subsequent sales have been booming after the upgrade with the site featured on various fashion blogs.

Jim Mullins

Jim is a Gold Coast based interior architect and designer, he wanted a super-clean online portfolio that he could easily update himself. The responsive site that we built for him works on all screen sizes including mobile – simply enlarge and shrink the pages to see how the responsive system adapts to the width of the browser.

Switch Wine

Switch is a small organic wine producer. They were after something a little different to stand out from the crowd (just like their wine). They didn’t need a lot of excessive content on the site, so we went for a more original horizontal layout and threw some css3 animation in the mix.

Innova Projects

Developers and builders of mid-to-high-end homes, Innova was looking to project an image as a leading authority in architecture. Wanting to be seen as a prestigious firm, but without frightening off potential customers.

We went for a crisp, professional-looking site that maintains an aesthetic tone throughout. We wanted to impress users – who are all potential clients – with its slick interfaces and savvy navigation.

We thought the project section should speak for itself and shouldn’t require too many extra frills to distract from the main objective. We built it specifically with expansion in mind so it’s easy for the Innova team to add work in the future.

We worked with the team at Design Culture to come up with an intuitive layout that will also be flexible enough to handle the ever growing collection.

I really appreciate all your work with this, it’s looking better than I could wish for.

Nextco

Nextco provides Point of Sale programs and inventory systems to hotels, clubs, restaurants and resorts. The information rich site needed to outline many features, and so was broken down into various categories, components and window layouts. This shows an example of a ‘semi-responsive’ site as it resizes for large monitors and small tablets, but doesn’t go as far as to reconfigure for handheld smart phones.
