Portfolio Branding AppleBerries Early Learning

AppleBerries Early Learning

Thrive created a new brand identity and website for AppleBerries Early Learning, a group of Queensland childcare centres: a warm, nature-inspired brand and a site built around locations, learning journeys and enrolment enquiries.

Branding

The new identity is built around a logo of children playing beneath a fruit tree with a swing and a small house, in a palette of coral, sage green, olive and soft blue on a warm cream background. A pattern of native flora, gum blossoms, banksia, wattle and eucalyptus leaves, runs through the brand guidelines, signage and stationery and gives the centres a look that is distinctly Queensland, gentle and unmistakably about children rather than corporate childcare.

Website

The website carries the brand into a site built for parents researching care, usually on a phone. It is structured around the questions they ask: who AppleBerries are, how the learning journey works for each age group, where the centres are and how to enquire. Each centre has its own page with location details, and an Enquire Now button sits on every screen. Real photography of the centres and the children, with consent, replaces the stock imagery most childcare sites rely on.
