The newest fine dining experience on the Gold Coast, located on the Ground Level of HOTA Gallery, offering fresh local, high-quality produce. Much like the gallery itself, Palette aims to impress and captivate its guests with a modern Australian menu inspired by the major exhibitions. HOTA approached with a tight deadline, but the team at Thrive was quick to act and excited to a part of the evolving on the Gold Coast cultural scene. We created a clean, sophisticated, and effortless site showcasing the native ingredients and the restaurant's warm and inviting aesthetic.
