Starting with Wealthy Me, we established a strong visual and digital foundation that grew into a multi-brand ecosystem. Community Gateway is a vital not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing social support, welfare, and community-strengthening services. Thrive was brought on board to completely revitalise their brand identity and digital presence. The goal was to transform a fragmented image into a cohesive, deeply human, and highly accessible digital ecosystem, ensuring that anyone seeking support can find their path intuitively.

We developed a renewed brand identity that directly reflects NRCG’s core philosophy: Many tracks, one road, sustaining community. The visual language shifts away from clinical institutionalism, embracing a warm, grounded palette of earthy tones, gentle lavenders, and soft greens. By incorporating fluid, organic background shapes inspired by local landscapes and human connection, the new brand system balances professional credibility with deep empathy across both digital platforms and physical corporate touchpoints.

The new Community Gateway website was engineered with absolute accessibility at its core. Catering to a diverse regional audience—often looking for assistance during critical life moments—we simplified the user experience (UX) into clear, structured pathways. The interface cleanly categorises their wide spectrum of programs (from Youth & Family to Indigenous Services), making crucial information, volunteer sign-ups, and donation portals accessible within just a few clicks while removing digital barriers.
